1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlyingPointsPro (the “Service”), available at flyingpointspro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

FlyingPointsPro aggregates publicly available deals and promotions related to earning frequent-flyer points across airline loyalty programs. The Service provides:

  • Aggregation and display of deals from publicly accessible sources including credit card offers, buy-points promotions, partner transfer bonuses, and other point-earning opportunities.
  • Cost-per-point analysis and scoring to help users compare the relative value of different deals.
  • Optional push notifications to alert users of new deals matching their preferences.

3. No Financial Advice & No Credit Assistance

The information provided on FlyingPointsPro is for general informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, and nothing on this Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, credit assistance, or a recommendation to apply for any credit card, financial product, or service.

FlyingPointsPro does not hold an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and does not provide “credit assistance” as defined under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). We do not assess your personal financial circumstances, objectives, or needs; we do not collect information about your financial situation; and we do not recommend specific credit products based on your individual circumstances. 4. Accuracy Disclaimer

Deal information displayed on FlyingPointsPro is scraped and aggregated from publicly available sources. While we endeavour to present accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranty, representation, or guarantee as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, or reliability of any deal information, cost-per-point calculations, or scoring presented on the Service.

Deals, promotions, and offers may change, be modified, or expire at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any deal displayed on the Service is currently available, valid, or accessible to you. Always verify deal terms and conditions directly with the issuing party before taking any action.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

FlyingPointsPro may earn a commission or referral fee if you apply for a product or service through links on this site. Some links on the Service are affiliate links, meaning we may receive compensation at no additional cost to you if you click through and are approved for a product.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our deal rankings, scores, or recommendations. Our scoring methodology is fully transparent and based on objective factors. There are no hidden boosts for sponsored or affiliate deals. A deal that pays us nothing will rank above a deal that pays us a commission if it offers better value to you.

6. No Affiliation

FlyingPointsPro is an independent service and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any airline or loyalty program — including Qantas Airways Limited and the Qantas Frequent Flyer program — or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

FlyingPointsPro is also not affiliated with any bank, credit card issuer, financial institution, loyalty program partner, or other third party mentioned on this Service. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand names (including but not limited to “Qantas”, “Velocity”, “KrisFlyer”, “Avios” and “MileagePlus”) are the property of their respective owners and are used on this Service for identification purposes only. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.

7. Intellectual Property

The FlyingPointsPro Service, including but not limited to its deal-scoring algorithms, cost-per-point analysis methodology, website design, layout, user interface, original content, and software code, is the intellectual property of FlyingPointsPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our proprietary content or technology without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, spider, or use any automated means to access, extract, or copy content from the Service without our express written permission.
  • Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with or access the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Service.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit deal data obtained from the Service without prior written consent.

9. Push Notifications

FlyingPointsPro offers optional push notifications to alert you of new deals matching your preferences. Push notifications are entirely opt-in; you will only receive them if you explicitly grant permission through your browser or device. You may unsubscribe from push notifications at any time through the Service's Settings page or through your browser or device notification settings. We do not send push notifications without your consent.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including but not limited to bank websites, Qantas Airways, loyalty program partners, and other external resources. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only. FlyingPointsPro does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party websites. Your interaction with any third-party website is governed by that website's own terms and policies, and you access them at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyingPointsPro, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
  • Any reliance placed on deal information, cost-per-point analysis, scoring, or other content provided by the Service.
  • Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in deal information.
  • Any financial losses or damages arising from decisions made based on information provided by the Service, including but not limited to credit card applications, points purchases, or transfer decisions.
  • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlyingPointsPro, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
